Pharm Ufondu hails from Ozubulu in Ekwusigo LGA, Anambra state. She attended the prestigious Loyola Jesuit College Abuja(2004-2010) where she served as the Bell prefect and graduated as the Best Student in Hausa language.
While in the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, she served in different capacities in the National fellowship of Christian Pharmacy Students (NFCPS), serving as the academic coordinator, National music coordinator and the chapter vice-president.
She was a beneficiary of two scholarships, the NNPC/CHEVRON scholarship and the Total Oil Company Scholarship (2012-2017).
Pharm Ufondu graduated as the overall Best Graduating Student of the University Of Nigeria, Nsukka (2016/2017 session) with a CGPA of 4.90. In the recent induction/ oath taking ceremony into the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, she also emerged the
Best Graduating Student Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, as well as the best in three of the six departments: Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmacy Management, Pharmacology and Toxicology, Pharmacognosy and Environmental Medicine. Pharm Ufondu enjoys reading, singing as well as engaging in interesting conversations with people.
She loves the versatility of the pharmacy profession and the fact that the profession is constantly evolving.
Pharm Ufondu would love to go into academia and do a whole lot of research.
